Lethal Tempo (5e Feat)
From D&D Wiki
Lethal Tempo
Prerequisites: Proficiency with any simple or martial ranged weapon
You control the rhythm of battle, increasing your tempo with each strike. Whenever you hit a creature with a ranged attack with a weapon, you gain 1 tempo stack. You can have an amount of tempo stacks equal to your proficiency bonus. You lose all your tempo whenever you miss an attack, take damage, is incapacitated or if you haven't attacked a creature since your last turn.
You gain certain benefits when you reach certain tempo thresholds, as shown below:
1-2 tempo. You add your tempo to your damage rolls with melee attacks with unarmed strikes and weapons that lack the heavy property.
3-4 tempo. You gain 5 feet of movement for each tempo stack you have when you start your turn. This bonus lasts for the remainder of this turn.
5-6 tempo. You reduce the result of the Initiative roll of that creature by the ammount of tempo stacks you have. Doing so changes the creature position in the initiative order, and reduces your tempo stack to 0.
