If the creature fails the save by 5 or more, they are also paralyzed for up to 1 minute. The target can repeat the saving throw at the beginning of each of its turns to end the paralyzed condition. If the hit points she gains exceeds her maximum hit pints, she gains the remaining as temporary hit points. In addition, the target's Strength score is reduced by 2d4. The target dies if this reduces its Strength to 0. Otherwise the reduction lasts until greater restoration or similar magic is cast on the creature. Possession (Recharge 5-6). One humanoid that Lady Illugas can see within 5 feet of it must succeed on a DC 24 Charisma saving throw or be possessed by Lady Illugas; she then disappears, and the target is incapacitated and loses control of its body. She now controls the body but doesn't deprive the target of awareness. She can't be targeted by any attack, spell, or other effect, and she retains her alignment, Intelligence, Wisdom, Charisma, and condition immunities. She otherwise uses the possessed target's statistics, but doesn't gain access to the target's knowledge, class features, or proficiencies.
Wail (2/Day). Lady Illugas releases a deafening wail, provided that she isn't in sunlight. This wail has no effect on constructs or undead. On a success, a creature takes 70 (20d6) psychic damage.
Death Gaze. Each creature of Lady Illugas' choice that is within 30 feet of her and aware of it must succeed on a DC 26 Constitution saving throw or die. If a creature's saving throw is successful, the creature is immune to her Death Gaze for the next 24 hours.

If the save fails by 5 or more, the target also ages 2d4 × 10 years. A frightened target can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the frightened condition on itself on a success. If a target's saving throw is successful or the effect ends for it, the target is immune to her Horrifying Visage for the next 24 hours. The aging effect can be reversed with a greater restoration spell, but only within 24 hours of it occurring.

Move. Lady Illugas moves up to her speed without provoking opportunity attacks.
Lady Illugas is the first demizen. She has lived so long that she has the capability to layer the abilities she claims from the undead. She revels in the fun of torture, finding pleasure in the pain of others. Her voice is wispy and echoes or can become as loud as a dragons roar to the point of ear splitting pain. Her mere presence is able to age people to dust. Her gaze is strong enough to kill. Her breath is able to make the dead rise as undead monstrosities of there former selves. Her touch is so deadly it drives the spirit of the fallen to become a vile spirit of violence abiding her every whim. Her body becomes translucent and as she floats to her enemies she can take control and becomes them. Her home plane is that of never ending shadows, she travels back and forth as she desires. She is the Scourge of Pain, be afraid...very afraid.
