Far Kwazarmia: the land of the Al-Akara mountains, the headwaters of the mighty Sayaj River, the ancient and foreboding Black Pyramids of Hudid, and of course the land of the Pantheon. Above any devotion to the ancient and sacred rule of the Grand Caliph of Karnak, the people of Kwazarmia bend the knee only to the 'Pantheon'. They recognize five Gods only, and any worship beyond this is strictly forbidden. Beyond the occasional heresy, there is no contest to this ideology. This is not to say that Kwazarmia is a land of brutal repression and religious law, this is simply the way of life - and let it be clearly known to outsiders. The Pantheist League rules Kwazarmia under guidance from their Caliph and Most Revered Father Rimaq al-Nimar in I'tiraf. This council of religious elders and statesmen represents the Caliphs and Emirs of Kwazarmia before the Caliph, makes laws and legislates coinage, and of course answers to the will of the Grand Caliph of Karnak. The still proud but diminished remnants of the Azure Caliphate. That Caliphate that fell apart soon after Ravenloft's appearance on the eastern coast ended their power as a trade empire between the Elves, Cimmeria, and the Southern Caliphate.

The Pantheist Navy is based in an artificial port north of I'tiraf, and houses 16 massive Baghlahs. More are under construction and and will reach the port via a beautiful artificial channel.
