Range: 120 feet
Components: V, S, C (A small piece of Coyotillo which the spell consumes)
Duration: Instantaneous

You point at a creature within range that you can see clearly, sending whispered harassment to its mind. The creature visually becomes uncomfortable and is forced to experience a slight muscle spasm, the nature of which depends on its environment. It must make a Wisdom saving throw, suffering a -2 penalty to Dexterity checks and Dexterity saving throws for one minute on a failed save. The affected creature may use a bonus action on each of its turns to reattempt the saving throw, ending the effect on a success.

You can not compel any specific actions, nor can the spasm cause damage if it strikes another creature.
