Prerequisites: Dragon
This feat is exclusive to dragons, allowing them to unlock their potential as winged monarchs.
You are a living embodiment of the majesty and power of true kings among dragons. This feat is exclusive to dragons, allowing them to unlock their potential as winged monarchs.
Sovereign's Power: Your royal status grants you unique and imposing powers. Your destructive breath abilities improve, with an improvement in the roll die depending on the creature's level(if it level/CR 5 it becomes a d8, a d8 to d10 when it is level/CR 10, with the limit being d12 at level/CR 20) . Additionally, you can, once per long rest, use a majestic roar as an action, affecting all creatures in a 120-foot sphere around you. Creatures that fail a Wisdom saving throw (DC 10 + your proficiency bonus + your Charisma modifier) are frightened and stunned for 1 minute. They can repeat the test at the end of each of their turns, ending the effect on themselves on a success.
Draconian Authority: Your presence commands unparalleled respect and reverence, you have advantage on Charisma checks made against draconic creatures, additionally, creatures that consider you an immediate threat will have disadvantage on attacks made against you. Your voice resonates with divine power. Once per long rest, you can cast Immobilize Monster without using a 5th-level spell slot. The affected creature must make the saving throw against the spell with disadvantage if it is a winged creature.
Supreme Monarch: You emanate a majestic aura that prevents any attempt at mental domination or effect that modifies your memories and thoughts. Additionally, your natural presence inspires nearby allies, granting them a +2 bonus on Wisdom saving throws in a 30-foot sphere around you.
This feat seeks to capture the magnitude and dominance inherent in true dragon leaders, providing benefits that reflect their authority and supreme power.
