Ki. Goku has 28 Ki points to use on ki based moves. he recovers 3 Ki Points with a short rest and recovers all ki points with a long rest.

Ki Coated Limbs. as long as Goku has at least 1 ki point, he may choose for his unarmed strikes to deal force damage.

Born for Battle. All saiyans are born fighters with natural talent in their blood. The damage tier of Goku's unarmed strikes increase by 1 (already added)

Further Beyond (1/Long Rest). Saiyans are known to push past what is their limit and continue to fight despite fatal injuries. When Goku is reduced to 0 hit points but not killed outright, He Instead drops to 1 hit point.

Martial Resilience. Goku has a damage reduction of 12. This reduction is not applied if he is surprised or attacked by a hidden creature.

Oozaru. If there is a Full Moon in the sky, Goku can look at it and transform into an Oozaru as a full turn action.

Powerful Build. Goku counts as one size larger when determining his carrying capacity and the weight he can push, drag, or lift. However, Goku also requires greater quantities of food and drink to sustain his massive strength, Goku requires 10 times as much food as a normal Medium-sized creature would.

Keen Smell. Goku has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) check that rely on smell

ACTIONS

Multiattack. Kid Goku makes two Martial Arts attacks or makes two Power Pole attacks or makes two Tail attacks.

Martial Arts. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 9 (1d10+4) bludgeoning damage.

Power Pole. Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 9 (1d6+6) bludgeoning damage, or 10 (1d8+6) bludgeoning damage Using two hands. As a bonus action Goku can extend the power pole upwards to 100 ft

Tail. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 8 (1d8+4) bludgeoning damage.

Rock, Scissors, 'N' Paper. Once per attack action, if Goku makes an unarmed strike, he may choose to make it one of 3 options:

  • Rock: By expending 5 Ki, Goku delivers a powerful punch, the attack will add +4 to his damage mod and add 3 extra damage dice (applies only to the unarmed strike die)
  • Scissors: By expending 8 ki points, Goku pokes his opponents eyes with his fingers, the damage of this attack will have their damage die tier reduced to 1d6, but the target is forced to make a DC 14 Con save. On a failure, the creature becomes blinded for one turn, on a success, the creature is stunned for 1 turn and blinded for 1 minute, repeating this saving throw at the start of each of their turns.
  • Paper: By expending 3 Ki, Goku delivers an open palm strike, this attack is made with advantage and if it hit, Goku may immediately make another strike as a reaction, also at advantage.

Kamehameha. As an action for 12 Ki, Goku brings his hands together on his side, gathering ki in between them, releasing a beam of pure ki in a 60 ft long, 1 ft wide straight line, the target must make a DC 14 Dex save or receive 8d10 force damage, or half on a failure.

BONUS ACTIONS

Flurry Of Blows. Goku may use 1 ki point to perform three attacks as a Bonus Action. Also goku may spend 1 more ki point to make another 2 additional attacks, he also receives +2 damage for every successful hit he does in a row.

Perfect Dodge. Goku can use 1 ki point to take the dodge action as a bonus action.

Move Like Lightning. Goku can use 1 ki point to take the Dash or Disengage Action as a Bonus Action.

REACTIONS

Deflect Missiles. As a reaction Goku can deflect or catch an oncoming ranged weapon attack. when hit, the attack is reduced by (1d10+9) If he reduces the damage to 0, he can catch the projectile and spend 1 ki point as the same reaction to make a ranged attack with a range of 20/60 using the projectile or piece of ammunition with profiency.
