Wondrous Item, artifact (requires attunement)

Khans Flame wreathes its user in fire and grants 2 charges with which you can cast delayed blast fireball (1 charge, 7th level) or fire storm (1 charge, 7th level). This artifact regains any expended charges each day at dusk.

Attunement: While attuned to Khan's Flame, you may choose to flip a coin any time you would normally roll a d20. Call it in the air. If you win the flip, treat it as though you rolled a 20. Otherwise, treat it as if you rolled a 1. Once you have successfully called a coin flip, you may not use this again until you have completed a short or long rest. Once you have called the coin, your roll cannot be changed by any other spell or ability.

Destruction: The deity of water is the only one that can extinguish Khan's Flame.
