Khaa'n is a kenku thief who was able to achieve lich status with considerable work. Khaa'n Phylactory is his underground house, whose existence is protected by an anti-life shell. Having been a lich for 9218 years he has managed to feed the building of a trade empire above his home, the few people in the merchant city who know of his existence revere him as the "Cult King of the merchant city" Khaa'n has always had a reserved greed, preferring magical items and spellbooks over money, but not upset if coin is all he can get his claws on. If he were to steal something on a whim it would only be a spellbook or magical item, other things are truly not worth his time. The cultists who are most loyal to him have a chance to be promoted to a state of vampirism, wherein they may finally be welcomed into his home as servants

Khaa'n is a rogue who became a lich, as such his combat tactics involve him keeping as close to hidden as he possibly can at all times. Due to "Skill Mastery" and "Saavy Rogue" Khaa'n may take 12 on any of the skills listed above regardless of situation. In combat Khaa'n will circle the enemy party whilst hiding and moving silently, usually alternating clockwise and counter clockwise.
All opponents below Khaa'n in initiative order are considered flat-footed for his attacks, every round rather than just first round.
If Khaa'n performs a melee attack his does 3 things in conjunction; 1) Khaa'n always immediately performs a free action Sleight of hand(-20 penalty) to steal an object from the target 2) Khaa'n may, if he feels it can kill an opponent, sacrifice 12d6 of sneak attack damage to instead deal 12 CON damage. 3) any target who survives an attack from Khaa'n must make a fortitude save (DC 27) or be permenantly paralyzed.
