Kenbunshoku Haki

-prereq= wis 13

A more useful observation haki from one piece to actually help accuracy 

• Your Wisdom score increases by 1 as well as your Wisdom score maximum.
• As a free action you can imbue your attack with Observation Haki for one turn, adding 1d6 to hit

• As a free action, you can activate your Observation Haki to gain the effects of the dodge action This bonus lasts until the end of your next turn.

• You can use the above resources a total of times equal to your Proficiency Bonus + Wisdom modifier.

• As you continue your journey and enhance your Kenbunshoku haki abilities through extensive combat and practice you gain the following increases to your Kenbunshoku haki:

• At level 8 you increase the die added to your to hit when you imbue them with Kenbunshoku haki to 1d8 (1d10 at 12th level, 1d12 at 16th level, 2d8 at 20th level)
