Saving Throws Con +9 Cursed Energy. Kathok, Roar of Xol has 20 Cursed Energy he can use to fuel his abilities. All of his cursed energy is replenished at the end of a long rest. Cursed Energy Recovery. Kathok, Roar of Xol recovers 1 Cursed Energy at the beginning of his turns. Invisible Force. Kathok, Roar of Xol is entirely made out of cursed energy, meaning he cannot be seen by normal people. Creatures without levels in the Jujutsu Sorcerer class or who cannot see into the ethereal plane cannot see him. Although, if these creatures were in a life and death situation (less than half their maximum hit points), they gain the ability to see him. Berserk Mode. When Kathok, Roar of Xol's health drops below 1/4 of his maximum he may enter Berserk Mode for 4 rounds. In Berserk Mode he gains 40 ft. of movement speed, two extra attacks and has his unarmed strike and melee weapon damage increased by 5 die tiers. Kathok, Roar of Xol cannot use ranged weapons while in Berserk Mode. Regeneration. Kathok, Roar of Xol regains 22 (4d10) health at the beginning of it’s turns. This is doubled if he has just used a Cursed Energy Shield. Not Going Down (1/long rest). When Kathok, Roar of Xol is reduced to 0 hit points, he may fall to 1 hit point instead. Armament Weapons: Kathok, Roar of Xol’s Enhanced Worm Boomer and Enhanced Worm Cleaver count as the same grade of cursed tool as the weapons from the armament extension. Magical Weapons. The Hallowed Knight's attacks are considered magical. ACTIONSMultiattack. Kathok, Roar of Xol makes three Unarmed Strikes, Enhanced Worm Cleaver or Enhanced Worm Boomer attacks. Unarmed Strike. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 28 (4d10 + 6) bludgeoning damage. Enhanced Worm Cleaver. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 44 (7d10 + 6) slashing damage Enhanced Worm Boomer. Ranged Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, range 30/50 ft. Hit: 43 (7d10 + 5) necrotic damage. Every creature within 10 ft. of the attack must make a DC 18 Dexterity saving throw. On a failure they take the damage of the attack and are knocked prone. On a success they take half as much damage and are not knocked prone. BONUS ACTIONSSummon Shrieker (5 Cursed Energy, 1/long rest.) Kathok, Roar of Xol creates one Shrieker within 20 ft. of him. This Shrieker does not count towards his creators limit, may mutate and benefits from Growth. The Shrieker's unique form shares the same once per long rest limit as the ones summoned by Kathok, Roar of Xol's creator. REACTIONSCursed Energy Shield (3 Cursed Energy.) As a reaction to an attack roll being made against him, Kathok, Roar of Xol creates a shield of Cursed Energy to block it, this shield adds +4 to his AC and gives him a damage reduction of 50. The shield lasts until the beginning of his next turn. |
