Ring, legendary (requires attunement by a creature of non-good alignment)

This old golden ring looks as though it may be valuable.

Drain. While wearing this ring, you can use your action to speak its command word to attempt to drain life from a creature within 5 feet of you. The target must succeed on a DC 15 Constitution saving throw or take 6d4 necrotic damage. You regain hit points equal to the necrotic damage dealt. Once you use this property of the ring, you can't use it again for 1 hour.

Bloodied Blade. When you attack and hit a creature that is surprised while wearing this ring, that attack deals an additional 1d8 necrotic damage.

Curse. Once you put this ring on, you can't take it off by any means other than the wish spell.
Sentience. Jack's Ripper Ring is a sentient chaotic evil ring with an Intelligence of 18 (+4), a Wisdom of 24 (+7), and a Charisma 22 (+6). It has hearing and darkvision out to a range of 60 feet. The ring can speak, read and understand Common, Dwarvish, Elvish, Giant, Gnomish, Infernal, and Primordial.
Personality. When in combat, Jack's Ripper Ring can be heard making comments such as "yes, more blood..." or "kill that one" as it attempts to twist those around it into bloodthirsty murderers. Jack's Ripper Ring is, for one, very talkative.
