Proficiency Bonus +3 Innate Spellcasting. The Ironclad Observer's innate spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 14, +5 to hit with spell attacks). The Ironclad Observer can innately cast the following spells, requiring no material components: 1/day each: Firaga IV ACTIONSMultiattack The Ironclad Observer makes two auger smash attacks. Auger Smash Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 26 (4d10 + 4) bludgeoning damage. This attack negates magic-based evasion effects, like mirror image or the Cloak of Displacement. Area Bombardment. The Ironclad fires a blinding white energy beam in a 15-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a DC 14 Dexterity saving throw, taking 14 (4d6) radiant damage, is blinded for one round and instantly losing the effects of one concentration spell or magical buff on a failed save, or half as much damage and resists the blindness on a successful one.
LEGENDARY ACTIONSThe can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn.
