Intense Focus

Prerequisites: The ability to cast at least one spell that requires concentration
Your trained mind allows you to push a spell beyond it's limits, so long as you can maintain focus.

•Increase your (Intelligence), (Wisdom), or (Charisma) score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
•You may focus on an additional concentration spell while one is currently active. Your DC for making concentration checks increases by 2 when this is occurring.
•You may add your proficiency bonus to Constitution saving throws made to maintain concentration. Additionally, when a spell you have concentration on reaches its maximum duration, you may make a DC 12 Constitution saving throw to maintain concentration and extend that spell's duration. If the spell's maximum duration is greater than 1 hour, you make this saving throw every 30 minutes; otherwise, you make this saving throw at the beginning of each of your turns. The DC of this save increases by 2 each consecutive time you pass, and the spell ends when either you fail this save, or the DC reaches 20. If you are forced to make a Constitution saving throw to maintain concentration because of taking damage while concentrating on a spell beyond its normal duration, you have disadvantage on that saving throw.
