You bury a piece of your soul into your enemy, burning them from the inside.
Encounter  Arcane, Fire
Standard Action	Ranged 5
Target: One Creature
Attack: Wisdom Vs. Fortitude
Hit: 1d4+ Wisdom modifier fire damage, and the target takes ongoing fire damage equal to your charisma modifier (save ends).
