From D&D Wiki
Improved Healing
Prerequisites: Intelligence, Wisdom or Charisma 13 or higher
You have achieved great mastery in the use of healing spells, being able to extract from them their true power. You gain the following benefits:
- When you cast a spell of 1st-level or higher that restore a creature's hit points, that creature can roll his own hit dice and regain hit points as if had completed a short rest. The creature can replace its Constitution modifier by your Wisdom modifier, to calculate the amount of hit points gained in that manner. The same creature can't benefit from this trait again until it finishes a long rest.
- When you cast a spell of 1st-level or higher that restore hit points, you can forgo rolling the dice and, instead, restore the maximum amount of hit points possible for that spell. Once you do so, you can't do it again until you finish a short or long rest.
- When you restore hit points from a creature using a spell, you can remove a disease or the poisoned condition. Once you do so, you can't do it again until you finish a short or long rest.
