Ikonor's Ring of Power (5e Equipment)
From D&D Wiki
Ring, artifact (requires attunement) A legend tells of an ancient mortal who created the essence of fire. For many years the power was used to serve the good of humanity. But after it fell into the wrong hands, havoc was wreaked down on the earth. Fearing how it could be used again, he attempted to seal the energy inside of a ring, killing himself in the process. The ring is said to have been buried with him when he died. Ikonor's Flame: Once per day, you may take an action to activate the ring. Upon doing so, up to 5 creatures or objects of your choice, within your range of sight, envelop in flames. Targeted creatures must succeed a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw or take 8d12 fire damage. On a successful save, they take half damage. Any flammable object worn or carried by a target is ignited. Flame Guard: As long as you are attuned to the ring you have an advantage on saving throws against fire damage. Ikonor's Ward: If a creature of evil alignment attempts to attune to the ring, they must roll a DC 18 Wisdom saving throw, or take 3d8 psychic damage. This ring can only be destroyed by a level nine Wish spell. As part of the destruction process, it explodes, releasing 10d12 radiant fire damage for 30 feet. On a successful DC 15 Dexterity saving throw, any creatures in range take half damage. |
