Iaijutsu Master, 2nd Variant (5e Feat)
From D&D Wiki
Iaijutsu Master, 2nd Variant
Prerequisites: Dexterity 15 or higher
You have chosen to focus on speed and accuracy above all else, this aspect is to reflected your new sword style.
- Your initiative rolls have an advantage.
- You can unsheathe or sheathe 2 one-handed weapons when you can normally only unsheathe or sheathe 1.
You gain a unique attack option called Quick Draw, or Iaijutsu. A quick draw requires a melee weapon with the light, finesse, or versatile property and that weapon to be sheathed, plus two free hands to make the attack (for the purposes of this feat, a sheathed weapon refers to any unsheathed weapon). You must have a higher initiative than the creature you attack to perform a quick unsheathe, which grants you the following benefits:
-If you attack a creature on the same turn you unsheathe a melee weapon, your first attack may gain advantage on the attack roll or increase damage equal to your proficiency modifier (You can use the Versatile damage in this attack instead of the normal damage).
-When you move at least 10ft in a straight line and use Quick Draw, the weapon's damage is rolled twice and you keep the better roll.
-If the conditions for a quick draw are met, while your weapon is sheathed, other creatures you are aware of, provoke an attack of opportunity on you when they make an attack on you and are in your range (this attack of opportunity must use your sheathed weapon), you may unsheathe your weapon as part of this attack and then sheathe, but you do not get the additional benefits of a quick draw).
