False Appearance. While the Huggy Wuggy remains motionless, it is indistinguishable from an ordinary object.

ACTIONS

Multiattack. Huggy Wuggy Makes 1 hug attack and 2 bite attacks.

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 11 (2d6 + 7) piercing damage.

Monstrous Roar (2/Day) Huggy Wuggy makes a roar, any creature in a 60 ft radius must make a DC 16 Wisdom saving throw or become frightened for one minute, the creature can reroll the save at the end of each of its turns, on a successful save the creature is immune to the roar for 24 hour. The roar is audible up to an additional 300 ft.

Hug. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. The target Must make a strength saving throw of 13 or be grappled by Huggy. when that creature starts their turn grappled, they make the save again, or take 2d6 bludgeoning damage. on 3 failed saves, the target takes 3d12 necrotic damage and once more if the target is still grappled by Huggy Wuggy. the target escapes when they succeed. Huggy wuggy can only grapple one creature at a time.


LEGENDARY ACTIONS

The Huggy Wuggy can take 1 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. The Huggy Wuggy regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn.

Jumpscare. (3 Actions) If Huggy Wuggy is hidden in dim light or darker and is 5 ft away from a creature, Huggy reveals himself and screams at the target. the target must make a constitution (Perception) saving throw of a DC of 19 or take 5d12 psychic damage. If the target succeeds the save, Huggy takes 2d12 Necrotic damage. The constitution save is made with advantage if the creature knows and is aware of Huggy Wuggy position.

Huggy Wuggy is a tall, slender creature covered in thick, bright blue fur. His arms and legs are several feet in length and end in large yellow hands and feet. The hands have large Velcro straps on them, and the feet possess four digits including thumbs, though they are fused together and are unable to move individually (with the exception of the thumbs). His torso is stout and disproportionately small in comparison to his long limbs. His head is large and contains two large black, dilated eyes. On his face are oversized, bright red, cartoon lips.
