Hollow Head
Prerequisites: Intelligence, Wisdom, and Charisma 7 or less
Who needs a brain anyways?
- You are immune to Psychic damage.
- You are immune to Ceremorphosis.
- You cannot be charmed or frightened.
- After a long rest, gain temporary hit points equal to double your Intelligence, Wisdom, or Charisma + your proficiency bonus. Pick the lowest ability score.
- Gain +5 initiative in combat.
- Whenever you fail an Intelligence, Wisdom, or Charisma skill check or saving throw, gain advantage on your next Strength, Dexterity, or Constitution skill check or saving throw.
- Select a simple image like a celestial object or favorite animal. Whenever someone tries to read your mind, that is all they’ll get.
- Lesser Undead will ignore you unless attacked or acting under the orders of sentient master.
