Heward's Handy Pouch (3.5e Equipment)
From D&D Wiki
Heward's Handy Pouch: The Heward's Handy Pouch is an adaptation of Heward's Handy Haversack created by one of Heward's apprentices many decades ago, who's name is lost to history. Like the Haversack, it is made of finely-tanned leather with a fancy brass buckle. It is essentially one of the side pockets of the Haversack in the form of a belt pouch.
This belt pouch can hold up to 2 cubic feet and 20 pounds of material, and weighs exactly half of a pound regardless of how much weight it actually contains. Like the Haversack, any item you reach in for is always on top and never a tangled mess, negating the attack of opportunity that would ordinarily be provoked for retrieving a stowed item. Only the owner of this pouch can retrieve the items that rest inside.
