Warlock Subclass

Your magic comes from the forces of chaos that underlie the order of creation, tainted by the alien magic of the Tharizdun. You might have endured exposure to his raw maddening magic, or perhaps you have struck a deal with him. Any of these may have been what lead you to being in the sights of the Chained God, coalescing within your soul, granting you great and terrifying power.
Expanded Spell List[edit]
He of Eternal Darkness lets you choose from an expanded list of spells when you learn a warlock spell. The following spells are added to the warlock spell list for you.

Maddening Howl[edit]
Starting at 1st level, you learn to lace your words with traces of arcane madness, causing your utterances to wound the minds of the weak. You gain the vicious mockery cantrip, which doesn't count towards your total number of cantrips known.
Additionally, (a number of times equal to your Proficiency Bonus per long rest) you can let out a maddeningly deafening screech. All creatures within 30 feet of you must make a Wisdom Saving Throw. On a failure, they take 3d6 psychic damage and become Crazed. A Crazed creature takes psychic damage equal to their Proficiency Bonus at the beginning of their turn. This damage treats immunities as resistances. If the affected creature possesses spell slots, it must roll 1d8. It then must cast a spell of the rolled level, (or its highest spell slot if the number rolled is too high) targeting the closest creature to them. A Crazed creature remains Crazed even if it leaves the 30 feet radius but can repeat the save at the end of its turn.
Madness Incarnate[edit]
At 6th level, merely being near you imposes a toll on creature's mind. Creatures within 15 feet of you reduce your Charisma modifier from any Wisdom Checks and Saving throws they make.
