Haunting Appearance [General]

You have become something so different — impossibly beautiful, subtly terrifying, or flat-out alien — that the sight of your face leaves people stammering and unable to act like themselves. You might want to consider a mask.
Prerequisite: Bluff, Diplomacy, or Intimidate (8 ranks)
Benefit: The first time any intelligent creature sees your face, they must make a Will saving throw (DC 10 + half your HD + Cha modifier) or become fascinated for 1 round. When you take this feat, choose a skill from Bluff, Diplomacy, or Intimidate that you meet the prerequisite for. You gain +4 on skill checks with that skill against anyone who failed that save within the past hour. This is a mind-affecting effect, but it is not a magical charm and can't be resisted with methods that would stop only magic.
Special: Creatures below Int 3 are not affected, as they can't comprehend what's wrong. Seeing your face for a second time has no additional effect, though any changes to attitude may persist as usual for a nonmagical effect.
