Hand-Held Missile Launcher

A badass quadruple-barreled gun that can shoot exploding missiles. Missiles fired from a hand-held missile launcher can be fired at either a creature or object or a point within range. A creature that takes a direct hit from a missile cannot attempt a saving throw to reduce the damage taken. Each creature within 30 feet of an exploding missile must make a DC 20 Dexterity saving throw, taking the listed damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
