From D&D Wiki
Haki User[edit]
This is a Barbarian, Fighter, Monk, Ranger, Paladin, Rogue (or any class that doesn't have the Spellcasting ability of a Full-Caster) Subclass
(Note: Features displayed may replace or be added to the levels this subclass provides however this is up to DM's discretion.)
You have trained your body to the limit of its abilities unlocking enhanced abilities that harness your very will to cause grand effects to occur.
From enhanced senses, improving your body/weapons' properties, or even bending those lesser to your will via the presence you emit or overwhelming destructive power.
- Haki Armor
At 3rd level, you can enhance your body by activating Haki throughout your body causing your skin to turn jet-black or certain spots to repel damage like a force field. Your AC is 10 + Your Dexterity modifier + Your Wisdom modifier - If you already have a feature like this; you may swap certain aspects of your Haki Armour, or boost your unarmored AC by your Dexterity modifier or Wisdom modifier. At level 7, As a bonus action - You may improve your Haki Armor with half of your Proficiency Bonus (Rounded Down Minimum Of 1) for 1 minute.
This can be done a number of times per Wisdom Modifier long rest.
- Haki Fist
At 5th level, you imbue your limbs with Haki which can make your unarmed strikes deal 2d6 + Wisdom modifier at the start of your turn. As you progress, this damage will increase at 10th level to 1d10 + Wisdom modifier, 1d10 + Wisdom modifier and Strength or Dexterity at 14th level, 1d12 + Wisdom modifier and Strength or Dexterity at 17th level. Whenever you activate this ability, your fist can bypass resistances and immunities for these attacks which lasts for 1 minute.
This can be done a number of times per Wisdom Modifier long rest.
- Imbuing Haki
At 5th level, you can instead imbue your Haki into an object rather than your limbs or refine the Haki within your limbs. This may add a bonus to damage equal to your proficiency bonus, if you choose to forgo your proficiency bonus to hit for attacks then this bonus is doubled. This can only be done once per day for 1 object which takes up a resource of your Haki Fist whiches increases the number of items influenced to 2 at 7th level, 3 at 12th level and 4 at 17 level whilst your limbs gain a bonus to hit equal to the previous numbers. Additionally, whenever this is done, the weapon may bypass resistances and immunities.
- Haki Sense
At 7th level, as a bonus action, you may use your Haki to outwardly "feel" your surroundings and predict the movements of your enemies. This ability will last for 2 rounds in which you will have an advantage on perception checks and a +2 to your AC. After the 2 rounds; you cannot use it again for 4 rounds. At 14th level, your Haki Sense last 4 rounds instead of 2.
This can be done a number of times per Wisdom Modifier long rest.
- Conqueror's Haki
At 10th level, as an action - Your will can be sent to impose a crushing presence that sends those weaker than you to a state of unconsciousness. This will let out an area within an area of 80ft of you, creatures with a challenge rating of 2 or lower falls unconscious of your choice. At 14th level, this can take down creatures with a challenge rating of 4 with this ability and deal damage to structures and objects equal to your Haki Fist's damage within a 180ft area. At 18th level, this can take down creatures with a challenge rating equal to your proficiency bonus +Wisdom score and the damage dealt to structures and objects is similar to if you dealt a Critical hit with your Haki Fist as if this ability had the siege feature that now occurs in a 300ft area.
This can be done 3 times per long rest.
- Advanced Hardening Haki
At 14th level, you have trained in your Haki - Particularly your offensive Haki that has allowed two new but strong abilities.
- Haki Burst. You have been trained in your hardening Haki to the point where you may let out bursts towards your opponents. Your Haki Fist attacks can be treated as a ranged attack of 40ft and deal damage equal to your Haki Fist.
- Internal Destruction. You can use your Haki Burst in a particular way to heavily damage someone internally. When this ability is done, a successful attack whilst you are using Haki Fist, Imbuing Haki or Haki Burst abilities then the attack may be considered a critical. You can only use this ability twice before you must take a short or long rest.
- Advanced Haki Sense
At 17th level, you have practiced with your Haki Sense enough that it allows you to glance a small bit into the future. As a reaction, you can activate this ability in which whilst it is active; you gain the bonuses of Haki Sense alongside... A bonus of a +4 to your AC and you are considered to be Proficient in all Wisdom-Based Skills alongside gaining Expertise in Perception if you do not already have it. Lastly; you gain an advantage on Dexterity Checks and Saving Throws. You cannot perform any attacks because of Advanced Haki Sense however you may use your bonus action to end ability and give yourself advantage on your next attack roll. Using such an ability is costly as opponents will notice your sluggish behaviour and have an advantage for attack rolls against you alongside you have disadvantage on your attacks as well. This negative effect may last for a number of turns equal to the number of rounds that it was used until you reach 1 minute which ceases to work as you are beginning to strain yourself.
This can only be twice per long rest.
- Advanced Conqueror's Haki
At 20th level, your conquering will have reached a point of the utter extreme that it may now forcefully impact the world with ever destructive impacts via infusion. At will; you can imbue your limbs or an item(s) of your choice with Haki. Doing so coats them with such a rampant force of Haki which can shatter unbreakable defences and bring heel to all. Whatever you choose will deal 2d8 + Wisdom modifier and Strength or Dexterity of the whatever damage type the Haki-Infused item normally deals that will openly ignore all immunities, resistances or reductions that a creature or a target may have towards your attacks. It will deal maximum damage to structures and unattended objects when it strikes and lastly; if you choose to forgo your proficiency bonus to hit then it will deal additional damage equal to proficiency bonus + double of your Wisdom modifier.
This will last for 1 minute which it can only be done once per day. (You can not imbue something with Hardening Haki/Imbuing Haki and Advanced Kings' Haki at the same time unless you expend 3 uses to activate those additional effects)
- Haki Master
At 20th level all of your haki abilities may be used double the normal amount.
