Weak Joints. when the HOT loader is hit with a critical hit, the loader gets knocked prone, and cannot use an action to stand up.

ACTIONS

Fire Glob. Ranged Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, range 60/120 ft., one target. Hit: 14 (2d10 + 4) Fire damage.

Flamethrower. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, range 5/20 ft., multiple targets. Hit: 19 (3d10 + 4) force damage. The targets within range must make a DC 14 dexterity saving throw or take the damage.
