From D&D Wiki
Gunpowder Expert
Prerequisites: Dexterity 13 or higher
You are proficient in using gunpowder weapons and crafting ammunition. Understanding gunpowder comes at a cost, you gain the following benefits:
- All damage rolls made with gunpowder weapons increase by 1.
- When crafting gunpowder ammunition, you produce twice as much as you would normally.
- Explosive Blast. As a ranged attack action, you can shoot in a 15-foot cone in front of you. Creatures in the area must succeed on a Dexterity saving throw (DC 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Dexterity modifier), taking 3d10 + your Dexterity modifier damage on a failed save, or half as much on a success. When using this feature, you reduce your walking speed by 10 feet until the end of your next turn and is deafened for 1 minute. When you use this feature more than once, before you take a long rest, you suffer a level of exhaustion for each additional use after the first. If no creature in the area fails the save, you take bludgeoning damage equal to your Dexterity modifier and is knocked prone. This damage can not be reduced.
- The damage dealt increases by 1d10 at 5th level, and again at 11th and 17th levels.
