Sharpen Eyesight[edit]

Prerequisite: 3rd level, Superhuman Sight

  • 5+ Appetite Energy

Whenever you are making a vision-based perception check, you may add an additional +2 to the check. You may also spend an additional 5 Appetite Energy to instead apply the +2 to an attack roll instead, however you may only do this once per round. When you use this technique at 5th level increase the bonus by 1. The bonus further increases by an additional 1 at 11th and 17th levels.

Sniper[edit]

Prerequisite: 3rd level, Superhuman Sight

  • 10 Appetite Energy

As a bonus action, for the next minute whenever you make a ranged weapon attack or thrown weapon attack, you double the range of the weapon, gain an additional +2 to damage and ignore long range penalties. You are considered concentrating while using this technique. For every additional 10 Appetite Energy, you increase the damage by an additional 1 to a maximum of +5.

Deadeye[edit]

Prerequisite: 3rd level, Superhuman Sight

  • 5 Appetite Energy

As a bonus action, until the start of your next turn, your ranged weapon attacks and thrown weapon attacks no longer have disadvantage when within 5ft of a creature and you reduce the critical strike range of your thrown and ranged weapon attacks by 1 stage. Additionally, as part of this bonus action, you may make a single-thrown weapon attack against a creature within 5ft of you. If you score at least 10 above a creature's AC while this technique is active, that attack is considered a critical hit. For every additional 10 Appetite Energy used, reduce the critical strike range by an additional stage up to a maximum of 3.

Eagle Vision[edit]

Prerequisite: 8th level, Superhuman Sight

  • 30 Appetite Energy

Through extensive concentration, you enhance your eyesight to such an extent that you are able to perceive clearly up to one mile. Once this technique is used you may spend one minute examining your surroundings to uncover points of interest, creatures of note, and hidden objects/places. For the next hour, anytime you use an insight, perception, or investigation check against a creature in a contested check, that creature will roll with disadvantage. You also become aware of any creature who is not hiding from you within a range equally to 5 times your proficiency bonus of you. Creatures that are trying to hide from you must make a stealth check and beat your passive perception. Additionally, if you are in a high place at least 50ft above the ground you can extend your vision out to 10 miles instead. Finally, for the duration, you may lock onto a single creature you can see within your range causing you to make a contested Insight check against their deception, and on a failure, you can predict where they plan to move next if they have already decided where to go. This effect lasts until the creature knows you are watching them or until you lock onto another creature.

Fortune Telling[edit]

Prerequisite: 8th level, Synesthesia Feat

  • 50 Appetite Energy

You have developed a unique way of utilizing your Appetite Energy which has allowed you to foresee the shadow of death on creatures. In combat, choose one creature within 30ft of you (including yourself), and roll 2d20s. Record the results of these dice and whenever that creature rolls for any skill check, attack, or saving throw, as a reaction, you may replace their original result with one of these dice. Outside of combat, at the DM's discretion when using this technique, you may notice subtle hints or patterns which may allow you to decipher a future event. Though this perceived future is not always clear or entirely accurate but will always have truths scattered about to be deciphered to put together a larger picture.
