Gomu Gomu no mi (Grand Line Supplement)

Wondrous Item, Legendary

A spherical fruit with a green stem and purple exterior, swirls visible on its outside. If eaten, this fruit turns your body into rubber, allowing you to stretch 60 feet outward, but at the cost of your ability to swim. And you cannot get rid of this fruits effects unless you die.

Techniques:

Gomu Gomu no Pistol, a single punch at an enemy, deals 1d8 bludgeoning damage.

Gomu Gomu no Balloon, the user hold their breath and begins to inflate like a balloon, extending the users body to become a 15 feet long and wide, allows user to decrease all damage by 1d6 only for 2 turns, then the user cannot use this technique until they finish a short or long rest.

Gomu Gomu no Bazooka, the user stretches their hands back, and releases a open palm blast. Deals 1d8 bludgeoning and if the target fails a DC 20 strength saving throw, they get pushed back 40 feet.

Gomu Gomu no Gatling, the user releases a flurry of punches from both hands, dealing 4d8 bludgeoning damage. Can only attack the general direction.

Gear Second, the user pumps oxygen through their body, increasing the users blood flow and making all moves 3 times as fast and adding 1d8 damage to all of them excluding Gomu Gomu no Balloon.

Gear Third, the user mimics gear 2 but only in the hand, pumping much more oxygen in the hand then previously described, only allows user to use Gomu Gomu no Pistol but instead of 1d8 it is 1d12 + 4.

Gear Fourth, the user activates gear 3 but on every part of the body, making the user in their 'Boundman' form. There is the 'Tankman' form, focused on defense mainly. And there is the 'Snakeman' form, focused on speed mainly.

(Gear 5 will not be included as the aspects of the form allows the user to do anything, if you want to use gear 5 in your campaign you can if you want but is not recommended)
