Goblin (Tensura Supplement)
Goblin[edit]
Racial Description[edit]

Goblins gathering to fight,[1] |
Goblins are a frail, weak and non-intelligent race of humanoid monsters that exist within Tensura. Found primarily in the forested regions, they usually form camps or live in small villages, as a single goblin cannot survive in the wilderness alone. However, due to their lack of strength, they're usually easily overpowered by the stronger races, such as Dire Wolves or Orcs.
History[edit]
Goblins, though seen as the lowest rung in monster society, rivaling slimes in this regard, are still descendants from powerful races.
Long ago, Goblins descended from the offspring of Dwarves and Oni.
Society[edit]
Despite their obvious shortcomings goblins are known to be fierce warriors in groups, and this is reflected in their societies.
Many goblin villages are dotted around the Forest of Jura and it's surroundings, and while they function as individual groups on their own, when a threat arises to the forest as a whole, they've often been known to band together, creating a sizable force.
They also commonly trade and communicate between villages despite each having it's own autonomy.
Goblin Names[edit]
As a weak race of humanoid monsters within Tensura, like most monster races, Goblins are not naturally named, instead being referred to as an individual or group.
They may also have nicknames or identifying qualities, but none have true names unless Named by another.
