Glove (5e Variant Rule) has rules for Gloves. Those can be adapted for other appendage types.

Similar weapons can be worn on other body parts what can be used as weapons, even if they can't grasp weapons (e.g. paws, claws/talons, feet, hors/antlers, jaws, tentacles, stingers, slapping/slamming appendage, wings, "entire body"/torso if you can crush enemies under your weight). While such contraptions aren't usually called "gloves" (e.g. boots, tail cover), they have same characteristics as Gloves of same Creature Size. For example, humanoid can wear weaponized boots with same stats as Gloves of his size.

Weapon proficiency rules still applies. E.G. while you could strap Martial weapons to untrained, mindless beast, it couldn't use them very effectively - but, it could effectively use Simple weapons strapped to it.

You can wear at least 3 gloves at same appendage: 1 weapon what fits on wrist (e.g. Panzerknacke), 1 weapon what fits on hand and replaces your unarmed damage (e.g. Ultra Fist), and 1 weapon what adds damage to your unarmed damage (e.g. Laser Punch Gun). Damage of weapon replacing unarmed damage and weapon adding damage in addition to unarmed damage stacks: for example, if you're simultaneously wearing Chainfist and Plasma Puch Gun, you'll deal 3d8 slashing + 3d6 lightning. Though, you may try to wear multiple weapons what add damage to unarmed strike, if you have explanation on how that works - in that case, all that additional damage stacks.
