Mana Core: Dormant Poison and Earth Aspect. The worm can expend 3 MP to infuse its internal sacs, releasing toxic gas through its mouth or wounds.

Subterranean Ambush. If the worm begins its turn burrowed, it may erupt and make a surprise attack. Creatures within 10 ft must succeed on a DC 17 Dexterity save or be knocked prone and take 2d6 bludgeoning damage.

Tomb Sense. The worm detects vibrations in a 60 ft radius through solid earth. It is immune to being blinded or deafened.

Minor Spellcasting. Can cast spells up to 3 difficulty.

Actions

Burrow Bite. Melee Attack: +9 to hit, reach 10 ft, one target. Hit: 22 (3d10 + 6) piercing damage. If the target is Medium or smaller, they must make a DC 16 Strength saving throw or be swallowed.

Toxic Geyser (Recharge 5–6). Expels a violent surge of green gas in a 20 ft cone. All creatures must make a DC 16 Constitution saving throw or take 18 (4d8) poison damage and become poisoned for 1 minute. Save ends early at the end of the creature's turns.

Core Drop: 20% for the core to survive the death of the monster, if it does not survive it shatter, it pushes anyone who is in 5 ft of it 5 ft back and makes them prone. Anyone who is in 5 ft from the core on shattering regains half of the max MP the core has and anyone in 10 ft a quarter.
