Gambling Addiction

You have developed a strange dependency on gambling and now you can't stop.
At the start of each of your turns, you must roll a d20, and the result will determine the Buff/Debuff you receive on Attack Rolls, Saving Throws and Death Saving Throws.

• If the result is an odd number, you will have a -1 to rolls until the start of your next turn.
• If the result is an even number, you will have a +2 to rolls until the start of your next turn.
• If the result is a 20, you will receive a +3 to rolls.
• If the result is a 1, you will receive a -2 to rolls.
