Indomitable (3/Day). Gaius van Baelsar rerolls a failed saving throw.

Magitek Aegis. While wearing his magitek armour, Gaius has resistance to bludgeoning, piercing and slashing damage from nonmagical attacks, and advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.

Magic Weapons. Gaius van Baelsar’s weapons are magical.

ACTIONS

Multiattack. Gaius van Baelsar makes three longsword attacks.

Longsword. Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 8 (1d8 + 4) slashing damage.

Ceruleum Blaster. Ranged Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, range 30/120 ft., one target. Hit: 9 (2d8) radiant damage.

Terminus Est (Recharge 5-6). Gaius van Baelsar launches a wave of magical energy from his sword. Each creature in a 45-foot line that is 5 feet wide must make a DC 17 Dexterity saving throw, taking 28 (8d6) force damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. On a failed save, a creature also gains vulnerability to slashing damage until the end of Gaius van Baelsar’s next turn.

Leadership (Recharges after a Short or Long Rest). For 1 minute, Gaius van Baelsar can utter a special command or warning whenever a nonhostile creature that he can see within 30 feet of him makes an attack roll or a saving throw. The creature can add a d4 to its roll provided it can hear and understand Gaius. A creature can benefit from only one Leadership die at a time. This effect ends if Gaius van Baelsar is incapacitated.

REACTIONS

Parry. Gaius van Baelsar adds 5 to his AC against one melee attack that would hit him. To do so he must see the attacker and be holding a melee weapon.

LEGENDARY ACTIONS

Gaius van Baelsar can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. Gaius van Baelsar regains spent legendary actions at the start of his turn.

Lunge. Gaius van Baelsar moves up to half his movement speed without provoking opportunity attacks. If he ends his movement within 5 feet of another creature, he can make a longsword attack against that creature.
Blast. Gaius van Baelsar makes a ceruleum blaster attack.
Rally (Costs 2 Actions). Gaius van Baelsar ends one condition affecting him.
