Toxic Hide. Any creature that grapples or touches the Fume Toad must succeed a DC 18 Constitution save or take 1d4 acid damage.

Corrosive Leap (Recharge 5–6). When the toad jumps at least 10 ft and lands, it releases a burst of acid. Creatures in a 5 ft radius must make a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw or take 9 (2d8) acid damage and suffer a -1 penalty to AC for 1 round as their armor is partially melted.

Mana Core: Dormant Poison Aspect. The Fume Toad may spend 2 MP to exude a poison cloud in a 10 ft radius for 1 minute. Any creature that starts its turn in the cloud must make a DC 15 Constitution save or take 1d6 poison damage and be poisoned until the end of their next turn.

Actions

Venom Tongue. Melee Attack: +6 to hit, reach 10 ft, one target. Hit: 12 (2d6 + 3) poison damage.

Acid Spew. The Fume Toad targets a 15 ft cone. All creatures in the area must make a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw or take 14 (4d6) acid damage and have disadvantage on Strength checks until the end of their next turn.

Core Drop: 20% for the core to survive the death of the monster, if it does not survive it shatter, it pushes anyone who is in 5 ft of it 5 ft back and makes them prone. Anyone who is in 5 ft from the core on shattering regains half of the max MP the core has and anyone in 10 ft a quarter.
