Weapon (quarterstaff), Rare (requires attunement) A magical quarterstaff forged from a chunk of blue ice yet warm to the touch. Infused with the soul of an ancient silver dragon, the staff radiates her cold temperament and freezes any who touch it, saving those who she recognises as worthy. Shivering Coldness This staff has 3 charges, the user can use one charge to cast Ice Javelin but instead of creating the javelin the staff turns into a Javelin and deals a base damage 1d8 cold damage and when thrown returns back to the user after being thrown, the user can use 2 charges to cast Frost Lance. Charges regain 1d3 charges after every dawn. }} |
