The flask can be thrown as an improvised weapon. The frost bomb erupts in a cloud of supercooled mist when shattered. When broken, using an action, the mist fills a sphere with a 20 foot radius. The sphere spreads around corners, and its area is heavily obscured.

When a creature starts its turn inside the mist or enters the mist for the first time on its turn, it must succeed on a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw or take 7 (2d6) cold damage and be paralyzed for 1 minute, unless it is immune to cold damage, taking half damage and not being paralyzed on a successful save. The target can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success. A creature killed by this attack becomes a frozen statue until it thaws.

This mist lasts for 1 minute or until a wind of moderate or greater speed (at least 10 miles per hour) disperses it.
