Scales.png This page is of questionable balance. Reason: Unsure if part of the weapon should be spun off into a separate magical version. Mechanically I don't the example is legal in 5e.

Friction Rifle 15 gp (Uncommon) 1d12 bludgeoning 5 lb. Heavy, Ranged, Special

The Friction Rifle is a weapon produced by dwarves. It is powered by energy, specifically friction. Using their movement, a user of the gun may spend their movement to reload it. A player may spend their Action to increase the amount of friction powering the weapon, by 1d4. This weapon can only be used once per 30 feet spent (dashing does give another use, ex: if I were to dash as an action and spend the dashed movement, I could fire twice if I had extra attack or action surge the next turn). The round after the gun is loaded, the user may fire the gun as an Action.
