Forerunner Units (5e Halo Setting)
From D&D Wiki
While the Forerunners left the universe of thousands of years ago, many of their creations remain. Sentinels are the most common among these remnants, having assisted in nearly all aspects of Forerunner society, from constructing their cities and weapons to even constituting the entirety of some of their installations.
Near the end of the Flood-Forerunner War, much of the remaining warrior-servants of the Forerunner Empire were transformed by the Ur-Didact into machines bearing the same rank: promethean. Once completely unheard of, they became a present threat following the Ur-Didact's awakening, and an even greater threat when Cortana took control of the Domain.
Holy Enemies. Despite being worshipped as machinations of the gods by the Covenant, they are some of the few Forerunner constructs the prophets allow them to destroy, often engaging in firefights with swarms of sentinels when they first land on an installation.

Other Forerunners. The vast majority of the surviving Forerunner remnants take the form of sentinels and prometheans, but there's still a minute chance other remants could be found.
