When pronounced with emphasis
A 20-foot sphere of solid fog appears within range until a wind of at least 31 miles per hour blows it away, or until the spell ends. The fog is centered on a point you choose, spreading around corners and heavily obscuring the area it fills. Creatures attempting to move through it are reduced to a speed of 5 feet. Melee attacks and damage rolls made inside this fog take a -2 penalty. Ranged weapon attacks become ineffective. Falling creatures or objects take 1d6 less falling damage in the fog.

Moisture in the air and ground condenses into a dark, solid fog. It is difficult to move through.
