Focused Practitioner, Variant

Prerequisites: The ability to cast at least one spell

You have obsessively trained at casting a cantrip and a spell of 1st level or higher you know of your choice that you are able to cast. For the chosen spells you gain the following benefits:

  • The spell always counts as if it were cast one level higher. The cantrip counts as if it were cast by a character 6 levels higher than you.
  • You get to add your proficiency bonus to your concentration saving throws. If you are already proficient then you add double your proficiency bonus.
  • You add your spellcasting modifier to the damage of damage dealing spells, and you add your spellcasting modifier to the healing of spells that restore hit points.
