Undead Fortitude. If damage reduces the fleshwrack to 0 hit points, it must make a Constitution saving throw with a DC of 5 + the damage taken, unless the damage is radiant damage or from a critical hit. On a success, the fleshwrack drops to 1 hit point instead.

ACTIONS

Slam. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 15 (3d6 + 5) bludgeoning damage.


The fleshwrack is a big mass of flesh animated by necromancy. The bones become a bonewrack. Many corpses are used to make the creature. Stinks of death and adds those it killed to its body.

Undead Nature. A fleshwrack doesn't require air, food, drink, or sleep.
