Explosive Smiter
Prerequisites: Charisma 13 or higher
When you deal radiant damage with a melee weapon attack, you may choose for it to deal half the normal radiant damage. If you do, you may choose any number of creatures you can sense within 5 feet of your original target. They must make a Dexterity saving throw. The DC is equal to 8 + your Proficiency modifier + your Charisma modifier. On a failed save the creature takes the same amount of radiant damage and half as much on a successful save.
