You speak an Utterance crafted in your own mind that weaves something you want to exist into the fabric of reality. This Utterance costs twice the normal amount of Reality Points and functions as the Wish spell, except that it doesn't cause the same stress effects.
However, the Universe isn't without limits and when forced to bend over backward for you it will retaliate. When used for any reason other than duplicating a spell you will suffer the following effects:
1. Immediately, you have a 50 percent chance to lose a Reality Point permanently (not even a Miracle or Wish spell can restore it).
2. For 16 days, every Reality Point spent after speaking Ether Reforged, will have a 10 percent chance of being lost permanently (not even a Miracle or Wish spell can restore them).
3. For 8 days after speaking Ether Reforged, you do not recover any spent Reality Points.
