Enhanced Dragon Breath

Prerequisites: Some form of breath attack (such as the breath weapon trait, access to the dragon's breath spell or the breath of the dragon feature.
After training your breath attack, you are now able to enhance its power.

• Your Constitution score increases by 1, to a maximum of 20.
• When you roll damage for a your breath attack, you can reroll any roll of 1 on the damage dice, but you must use the new roll, even if it is another 1.
• Whenever you use your breath attack, its elemental energy still lingers on your target. Any creature that takes damage from your breath attack must succeed on a Constitution saving throw against its save DC at the start of its next turn, or take 1d4 damage from your breath attack type.
