Enderian (5e Race)
From D&D Wiki
Enderian[edit]
“ | We descend from the first who came to the End. But unlike the Enderman, we evolved. We educated ourselves. We are scholars. We have abandoned this wild way of life. Now we’re like you humanoids, but slightly smarter. | ” |
—Anonymous Enderian Sage |
Physical Description[edit]
The Enderian are descendants from the Enderman. Enderians are tall (but smaller than Endermans) and slender. With long legs, arms and short torsos. They have dark skin and can have purple or, rarely, green eyes. Some, also, have point and elongated ears. Their form, while tall, is actually very light.
with an extension of the skin, there are a few variants of the Enderian skin, these skin Variants do not separate the Enderians into separate classes, but rather benefit all skin varients, as some are subjects are more advanced in certain subjects than others. percentages of the population may change in the near future.
some variants include:
The human skinned - who are less resistant to attacks, but are more knowledgeable with potion brewing, enchanting, and ranged combat, as they mostly spend their time indoors and experimenting with the three subjects as an attempt to assist the ender skinned Enderians with recovery, enhanced equipment, general quality of life, and distant combat, as they cannot risk taking strikes of melee attacks. the human skinned Enderians make up 50% of the population.
The ender skinned - who are more resistant to general attacks, and tend to be more knowledgeable with melee combat, struggle with brewing potions that are not battle-ready potions, so they tend to rely on the human skinned Enderians for recovery and enhancement of weaponry and protection. The ender skinned also tend to not be able to recover as fast as the human skinned, as the Ender skin are harder and more difficult to repair without recovery potions, instead of the normal recovery rate the human skinned has. the ender skinned takes up 50% of the population.
History[edit]
The Enderians are an evolved people who came from the Enderman. Having left the End Dimension, they’ve realized that interacting with other people could be beneficial for them, instead of always scaring and murdering. Enderians are scattered across many planes of existence, but those who still resid in the End are treated with some form of prestige, both by Enderman and Enderians.
Society[edit]
Enderians don’t have a strong concept of gender. Individuals often attend to neutral pronouns (they/them) but can and will attend to masculine (he) and feminine (she) pronouns if desired.
Enderian Names[edit]
Like previous mention, Enderians usually refer to each other with neutral terms, this also include names. Enderian names are usually short and melodic because of their unique language known as Deep Speech and alphabet
