Bubble Launcher. Melee Weapon Attack: +3 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 5 (1d4+3) bludgeoning damage, plus 8 (2d8) cold damage. The bubble launcher can also be used as a ranged weapon attack with a rang of 90 ft. but only does the cold damage.

Bubble Rod. Melee Weapon Attack: +3 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 7 (1d8+3) bludgeoning plus 4 (1d8) cold damage. The bubble rod can be used as an arcane focus for Artificer spells, if a spell cast using the bubble rod does cold damage, it deals an additional 1d8 cold damage.

Bubble Blaster. Ranged Weapon Attack: +3 to hit, reach 120 ft., one target Hit: 15 (3d8+3) cold damage, and if the target is a large or smaller creature it is pushed back 5 ft.

The only one amongst the original Elemental HEROES without innate powers of his own, Bubbleman makes up for that with his high tech Bubble Suit and assorted Bubble Gadgets.
