Electrosonar

Prerequisites: Reptilian or dragonkin race
You have evolved the capability to emit a low volt charge in your surrounding area. This volt pulse acts as a sonar

  • You gain blindsight with a range of 30ft.
  • Neuroscan: Additionally when using this ability, you can sense the very electrical impulses of a living creatures brain. When using this sonar, creatures within a 5ft radius of you have disadvantage on rolls against you, and you have advantage on rolls to avoid effects they imposes on you. You may affect as many creatures this way equal to your proficiency modifier.
While doing so you cannot see using your eyes, making any perception checks requiring sight at disadvantage. While using Neuroscan you cannot make movements as you normally would, your movement speed is halved.
