Effective Communicator

Prerequisites: Charisma 13 or Greater
Your skill at communicating with your teammates provides an additional layer of preparedness against the many threats that ail you. You gain the following benefits:

  • You gain +1 to your Charisma ability score.
  • Whenever you or a friendly creature within 10 feet of you must make a saving throw, the creature gains a bonus to the saving throw equal to your Charisma modifier (with a minimum bonus of +1). You must be conscious to grant this bonus. The radius increases by 5 feet at levels 8 (15 feet), 12 (20 feet), 16 (25 feet), and 20 (30 feet).
  • As a reaction, you can give disadvantage to an attack roll to an enemy creature who would attack an ally within the radius specified above. You may do this a number of times equal to your Charisma Modifier.
