A much more potent spell than animate dead, this spell allows you to binds the soul of a deceased person to a body, restoring them as impure spawns in order to do their caster's bidding.
Impure Spawns are not automatically under the control of their caster unless the caster put a special shuriken with bonus value of the spell level in the head of the body before casting the spell. If you are capable of commanding undead, you may attempt to command the impure spawn as it forms.
When you use a corpse that don't belong to the deceased soul as target for this spell, this spell gain the evil descriptor.
Material Component: You must place a black onyx gem worth at least 50 gp per HD the creature had in total in life to be created into the mouth or eye socket of each body. The magic of the spell turns these gems into worthless shells.
XP Cost: 100 points for each HD of the creature.
