Saving Throws Dex +5 Pack Tactics. The drowner has advantage on an attack roll against a creature if at least one of the drowner's allies is within 5 feet of the creature and the ally isn't incapacitated. ACTIONSBite. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 4 (1d4 + 2) piercing damage. Claws. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 5 (1d6 + 2) slashing damage. REACTIONSReflexive Dodge (2/Day). When the drowner takes damage, it can use the Dodge action. |
Drowners are predominantly pack creatures, usually in groups of three or greater, sometimes as many as ten. They are quite territorial, calling riverbeds, coastlines, swamps, and lakes home. Undead Nature. A drowner doesn't require air, food, drink, or sleep. |
